What is Travaly?

Travaly is a Black-owned, flag-inspired fashion brand that creates bold, meaningful apparel representing national and diaspora flags. From flag swimsuits to custom-designed streetwear, each piece is thoughtfully created in-house to blend cultural pride with modern style.

Through our What The Flag! Blog posts, we share real stories and behind-the-scenes content from our journeys to the countries featured in our designs. We want our community to #TravelWithTravaly and be part of our entire creative process—celebrating culture, connection, and representation together.

What types of flag apparel do you offer?

We currently offer flag swimwear, bags and accessories. We focus on flags from the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, and beyond, expanding our designs based on community requests. We plan on adding many more quality and carefully sourced items in the near future.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Travaly pieces are ethically produced through trusted global manufacturing partners that are primarily located in Brazil and China. We carefully select production facilities that meet our standards for quality, fair labor, and sustainability.

How can I know my size at travalyshop.com?

Our flag-inspired apparel is designed to offer both style and comfort, with sizing that fits true to standard US sizes. To ensure the best fit for your body type, please refer to our detailed size chart below.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Custom Flag Requests & Cultural Representation

What if I don’t see my flag available on your site?
We add new flags regularly based on demand! If you don’t see your country or culture represented, click the "Request the Flag" at the bottom of our website. This is not a form designed to place an order but, it lets us know you are eager to see your flag design at travalyshop.com. We track every submission closely to prioritize new designs that matter to our community.
Can I request a custom design?

While we don’t currently offer one-off custom orders, your feedback through the flag request form helps us expand our collection thoughtfully. We’re building a brand that reflects our community’s voice.

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

When will I get my order?

Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the postal carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We aim to offer affordable shipping worldwide, with special rates for bulk and regional orders when possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Travaly proudly offers international shipping to over 30 countries worldwide. We’re committed to serving a global community and ensuring that customers around the world can wear our flag-inspired swimwear, cultural apparel, and statement pieces with pride.

At checkout, scroll through the shipping country dropdown menu to select your destination. If the country where you'd like your order delivered does not appear, please contact us at sales@travaly-shop.com. We’re happy to help and may be able to arrange delivery or update you on future availability

Will I receive tracking info?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled and picked up by the carrier. Please note:

  • Order tracking is updated every 72 hours.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs, holidays, or shipping volume.
Are there customs duties or import fees?

Depending on your country, import taxes or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or cover these fees.

Returns, Cancellations & Final Sale Items

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused, and unwashed items in original packaging. To start a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges page, please contact us at sales@travaly-shop.com.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Items purchased at a discount, during clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review product details before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, we may not be able to make changes due to our quick processing times.
